William "Bill" Henry Dykes, 85, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025, at NMMC in Tupelo. He was born September 30, 1939 to the late Louis Andrew Dykes and the late Annie Lou Cook Dykes. He enjoyed hunting, being outdoors, and playing gospel music. He was an over the road truck driver most of his life. He was also a Mason.
Services will be 3:00 pm on Tuesday March 18, 2025, at Senter Funeral Directors with Bro. Terry Paul Graham officiating. Visitation will begin at 2:00 Tuesday March 18, in the Senter Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be at Stephens Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with caring for the family.
Survivors include his daughter, Amelia (Lem) Smith of Long Beach, MS; sons: Jessie Randolph (Lisa Ann) Dykes of Biloxi, MS and Tommy Carroll Dykes of Fulton; grandson, Brandon Smith; granddaughters: Brittany Smith and Jessica Dykes; many other grandchildren and great grandchildren
Preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Dykes; Son, William Andrew Dykes; brothers: Edward Dykes and Hoyle D. Dykes; sister, Dorothy Ballard
