Obituary For Stanley "Dean" Max Campbell
GOLDEN--Stanley "Dean" Max Campbell, 89, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023, at his home. He was born February 7, 1934 to the late Luther Campbell and the late Gracie Shelton Campbell in Prentiss County. He was a over the road trucker for over 60 years before his retirement at 82 years old. Dean enjoyed working on cars, drag racing and spending time with his family and friends, especially Ms. Shelby.

Graveside services will be private at Old Bethel Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Shelby Campbell of Golden, son, John Campbell of Booneville, grandson, Max (Jordan) Campbell of Mantachie, great grandson, Maddox Campbell, and a sister, Janalou (Terry) Chinn of Athens, AL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Gracie Campbell, sisters, Reable Harris, Ruth James, Mildred Taylor, Myrtle Grimes, Betty Sue Greene, and a brother, W.D. Campbell.
