Sharon Kay Hamilton Bowen, 63, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born June 18, 1960 to the late Franklin D. Hamilton and Mamie Pauline McDonald Hamilton. She was a member of Itawamba Christian Church. She always enjoyed being around people and put others first. She loved being there for her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed puzzles, cooking, and coloring. Family would like to extend a special thank you to all Hospice and caregivers and friends that has helped take care of Sharon through her sickness.
Services will be 2:00 pm on Saturday July 8, 2023, at Senter Funeral Directors with Bro. Toby Allison officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Senter Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be at Walker Baptist Church Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include her mother, Mamie Pauline Hamilton of Golden; sons: Christopher Ozbirn of Tupelo and Eric (Jennifer Abbott) Ozbirn of Guntown; grandchildren: Claudia Ozbirn, Samara Ozbirn, Drake Ozbirn, Devan Ozbirn, Derrick Ozbirn, Jeremiah Ozbirn; sister, Raymonda Vinson; brothers: Kenny Hamilton and Michael Hamilton
Preceded in death by her father, Franklin D. Hamilton and grandmother, Alice Mayhall
