Peggy Sue Maxcy Raffel, 69, passed away Monday, October 31, 2022, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, TN. She was born June 19, 1953 to the late Charles Maxcy and the late Olean Jackson Maxcy. Peggy never met a challenge she didn’t tackle head on. Tenacious and strong willed, she never needed a harsh word to argue her point of view. Her unending positivity and soul soothing love leaves a hole in our hearts not to be replaced. She taught us all to love more deeply, forgive more quickly, and see the best in all of us each and every day. Services will be at 12:30 pm on Thursday November 10, 2022 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Adams,and Ryan Raffel officiating. Burial will be in Bounds Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Thursday November 10 at Senter Funeral Home. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted withthe arrangements. She is survived by her husband; Richard Raffel of Crossville, son; Ryan Raffel of Chicago, IL, daughter; Brittany (Jake) Williams of TN, grandson; Michael James Williams, 2 sisters; Sarah Barrentine of Winona, and Carolyn Mendez of Corinth, and 1 brother; Mike (Susan) Maxcy of Corinth.
