FULTON-- Matthew Dale Upton, 52, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born September 17, 1970 to the late Larry Upton and the late Nelda Sue Gray Summerford in Missouri. He owned and operated Matt's Supply Company. Matt enjoyed fishing, mowing, helping anyone in need, and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. Services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday March 18, 2023 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. David Aultman officiating. Burial will be in Unity Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday March 17 at Senter Funeral Home. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Jammie Upton of Fulton, children, Natalie Upton of Fulton, Lacy Upton of Mantachie, Alan (Candace) Hisaw of Fulton, Katie (Shane) Reid of Tremont, Kimberly Ozbirn of Dennis, Justin (Darian) Johnson of Mantachie, and Hayden Hankins of Fulton, grandchildren, Addi, Ella, Harper, Luke, Dawson, Collin, Brody, Dalten, Cooper, Lane, and Madi, and sister, Pam (Neal) Click of MO. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Upton, mother, Nelda Sue Summerford, biological father, Don Franks, brother, Larry "Bug" Upton, Jr., and his grandparents.
