Obituary For Mary Pearl Spencer
FULTON--Mary Pearl Spencer, 94, was born in the Bounds Crossroads Community in Itawamba County on February 17, 1929, to the late Troy Sylvan Maxcy, Sr. and Sible Gregory Maxcy. She passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023, at The Meadows in Fulton. She was a member of New Home Baptist Church. Mary Pearl worked many years at Blue Bell and Itawamba Manufacturing and later in life she worked with the State of Mississippi at the Welcome Center in Itawamba County where she enjoyed meeting many new friends. Services will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday March 5, 2023 at New Home Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Warren, and Bro. Terry Paul Graham officiating. Burial will be in New Home Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday March 4 at Senter Funeral Home. There will be no visitation at the church prior to the service. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Survivors include her daughter, Clara "Susie" Faircloth of Fulton; son, Terry Spencer and his wife, Kelley of Georgetown, TX; brother, Jerry Maxcy and his wife, Pat of Amory; sisters in law, Dot Maxcy, Marcelle Maxcy, and Margie Davis, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Chester Spencer, her parents, her in laws, Chester and Verbal Spencer, 4 brothers, Jimmy Wayne, Joe, Oneal, and Troy, and 2 sisters, Janie and Judy.
