Malene Wiginton Roberts, 75, passed away Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Charleston Place in Fulton where she lived. She was born January 20, 1950 to the late Earnest Wiginton and the late Beatrice Mills Wiginton. She retired as a bank teller from Unisouth Bank after 10 years of service. She was a member of New Home Baptist Church. She was a 1968 graduate of IAHS. She loved watching John Wayne westerns, and HGTV. Malene also enjoyed reading. She loved her time at Charleston Place and making friends. She never missed an opportunity to tell you about her grandchildren and how much she enjoyed spending time with them.
Services will be 3:00 pm on Sunday October 5, 2025, at Senter Funeral Directors with Bro. Joseph Jones officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Sunday all in the Senter Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be at New Home Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include her sons: Derek (Brittany) Roberts and Michael (Kim) Roberts; granddaughter, Raelyn Roberts; grandsons:, Rowan Roberts, Logan Roberts, Warren Roberts; great grandsons: Hayden Roberts and Jasper Roberts; great granddaughter, Sophia Roberts; special niece, Samantha (Chris) Thomas and several other nieces and nephews; sisters: Mary Lou (Troy) Johnson, Earnestine (Noel) Franks, Nancy Judd; brother, Terry (Pam) Wiginton. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Jerry Roberts; infant son, Jeffery Roberts
