Obituary For Larry Wall
Larry Wall, 65, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Diversicare of Amory. He was born December 28, 1959 to the late Craig Wall Jr. and the late Mary Alice Standifer Wall. He graduated from IAHS and was a great football player while there. He was a member of New Chapel C.M.E. Larry was a U.S. Army Veteran. He worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for several years. Uncle Lar took his guitar along side with him early that morning on December 29 when God called him home; singing "Bullfrogs and Butterfly's, We Both Been Born Again." He took his wings into the Kingdom of Heaven. He loved walking, watching tv, listening to music (country and blues), and going to Dollar General. He also enjoyed being around family. He was the 4th child out of 9 siblings.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm on Saturday January 4, 2025, at Senter Funeral Directors with Pastor Kenneth McKinney and officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Saturday, Jan. 4, at Senter Funeral Home chapel.
Lar leaves behind to cherish his memories a sister, Gwendolyn (Larry) Middlebrook of Fulton; brother, James Edward Wall of Fulton, brother, Billy Michael Wall of Southaven; He enjoyed his nieces and nephews that came around to visit and always asked about his Karter, Kei Leigh, Kashton, Kay-Kay, Jahiem, Ken-Ken, and a special niece Tina Wall; numurous other nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Robert Wall and Johnny Michael Wall; sisters: Amanda Wall, Barbara Ann Wall, Mary Ann Wall
