DORSEY--Keith Glissen, 64, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born February 15, 1958 to the late Detroit Glissen and the late Louise Copeland Glissen. He retired from Keith's Plumbing, Electrical & Gas after 29 years of service. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Keith enjoyed fishing, hunting, going on camping trips and spending time with his family and friends. Services will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday January 14, 2023 at Friendship Baptist Church in Peppertown with Bro. Jackie Gray, and Bro. Jimmy Daughtery officiating. Burial will be in Stephens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday January 13 at Friendship Baptist Church. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Dyannia Glissen of Dorsey, sons, Shawn (Cheslea) Glossen of Dorsey, David (Amber) Glissen of Jackson, and Michael (Tosha) Kirby of Bruce, grandchildren, Jackson Glissen, Charlie Glissen, Tyler Kirby, Lindsey Kirby, Kayla Kirby, Eliza Glissen, Grady Glissen, brother, Kim Glissen of Mantachie, and 2 sisters, Glenda Carroll of Mooreville, and Brenda (Mike) Robison of Smithville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Detriot and Louise Glissen, grandparents, Dave and Beatrice Copeland, and Kai and Grace Glissen. Pallbearers will be David Glissen, Shawn Glissen, Michael Kirby, Skip Johnson, Roger Carroll, and Drew Carpenter.
