BALLARDSVILLE COMMUNITY-- JoNell McDaniel, 86, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was born April 29, 1938 to the late John Curtis Donald and the late Eunice Gray Donald. JoNell enjoyed traveling, word search puzzles, reading, watching game shows, cooking, her cat, Buddy, and spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday August 17, 2024 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Frank Panzrino officiating. Burial will be in Keyes Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday August 16 at Senter Funeral Home.

She is survived by her sons, Eddie (Sharon) McDaniel of Oxford; daughter, Debbie (Scott) Coward of Mooreville; grandchildren, Brandon McDaniel of Oxford, Chandra Lee McDaniel of SanDiego, CA, Brianna Jo McDaniel of Southhaven, Emma Kate (Matthew) Walls of Oxford, Lexie McDaniel of Oxford, Kristen (Braxton) Meeks of Mooreville, and Katherine Coward of Mooreville; great grandchildren, Mason, Dalton, Kayden, Jaxon, Jaylen, Milana, and Maylee; sisters, Gale (Roger) Franks of Mooreville, and Carolyn Mauldin of Shannon, host of nieces and nephews, and her best friend, Helen Britt of Mooreville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Wayne McDaniel, and her parents, John Curtis and Eunice Donald.
Pallbeaers will be Brandon McDaniel, Braxton Meeks, Buddy Latch, Brad Patrick, Ricky Hinds, and Herbert "Yogi" Weaver.
