Obituary For Joe Sheffield
Michael Joseph Sheffield, 50, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024, in Mooreville. He was born November 14, 1973 to John Michael Sheffield and the late Debra Newman Sheffield. He enjoyed drawing and loved being outside working with his hands.
A memorial service will be 11:00 on Thursday January 4, 2024, at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Frank Panzrino officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am Thursday at Senter Funeral Home.
Survivors include his father, John Michael Sheffield of Pope; son, Dakota Sheffield; sister, Shauna Sheffield of Tupelo; favorite uncle, Benny (Cindy) Harris; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Preceded in death by his mother, Debra Sheffield

My favorite fun memory is , : Joe was about 3maybe 4 ,we kept a pair of the old green rubber boots with eyelets all the way up and down , now let me back up a sec , His dad Mike , mikes dad , brothers the whole family on his dads side was great carpenters , now back to the story Joe had found a hammer and nails from somewhere, He took and drove a nail through every eyelet on both boot all the way , most of the time you would think that would be it , but he crawled under neath the porch and took his hammer and bent every nail that he drove in , then I heard him say I bet nobody will wears those SOBs again , and he was right , I think those boots layed there with nails in them until the rubber rotted , just a few of the memories we had ,
