I cannot begin to process the fact that you are gone from this earth. Lord knows we had ups and downs and all arounds and we hadn't spoke in a few months but the fact remains that I loved you infinity. Through it all I loved you. This life & circumstances took so much from the both of us and we couldn't seem to get it right no matter how we tried. We had so many good times though as well as bad and the rafting trip and that night at the camper when we saw the story about the wedding disaster on TV is hands down the funniest memories I recall and still get a good laugh out of. Most of my best memories are with you. I loved you when loving you made no sense at all but if I ever called you and needed you-- up until our last rodeo-- you came. I've never experienced so much hurt or so much love as I did with you. You could never quite accept love or find peace on this earth but I pray you have both now. And for the record, my answer is still even now.... ALWAYS. I pray for comfort for your children and family and hope they know that you loved them all and you tried .... You tried more than anyone knows. Be at peace Jimmy and one day.... Me too. With deepest sympathy, T.
