My sincere condolences. Jim was my first boss's boss when I started with the US Army Corps of Engineers. I remember him as a soft-spoken great guy. He was a good boss and had a slow, relaxed cadence to his speech (which was interesting compared to the boss between us who has a very fast cadence). Jim will be missed. My condolences to his family.
