FULTON--Deanna Lynn Owens Houston, 56, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at her home surrounded by family. Deanna graduated from Tupelo High School in 1985, and continued her education at ICC and Ole Miss. She owned and operated Wonder Land Express Daycare until 2003 when she started teaching at Fulton Head Start.
