Obituary For Bettie Taylor
FULTON-- Bettie Taylor, 90, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born July 12, 1933 to the late William Presley Morris and the late Millie B. Early Morris in Itawamba County. She was a member of Plainview Church of Christ. Bettie enjoyed camping, quilting, playing her Dulcimer with her friends, crocheting, and loved being a nurse.
Services will be at 2:30 pm on Friday January 5, 2024 at Senter Funeral Home with Ministers Tom House, and Haston Handley officiating. Burial will be in Saucer Creek Cemetery. Visitation wil be from 5pm - 8pm on Thursday January 4 at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She is survived by her daughter; Barbara (Jimmy) Tucker of Fulton, sons; Ronnie (Carol) Taylor of Golden, Kenneth Taylor of Nashville, TN, and Marcus L. (Rosa) Taylor of Fulton, grandchildren; Misty (Lee) Robinson of Fulton, Kristy (Jason) Franks of Fulton, Michael A. (Lee) Taylor of Fulton, Brent Taylor of Golden, Matthew Taylor of Golden, Rhinnon (Matthew) Henderson of Golden, Ben Taylor of Golden, Lacey (Russ) Brasel of Mooreville, Ashley (Joey) Miller of Hatley, and Alleigh (Preston) Moffett of Byhalia, and a host of great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Lonzo E. Taylor, parents; William Presley Morris and Millie B. Morris, son; Michael L. Taylor, great grandson; Peyton Taylor, 2 brothers, and 4 sisters.
Pallbearers will be Brent Taylor, Preston Moffett, Ricky Orear, Jason Franks, Lee Robinson, Russ Brasel, Jay Allen Franks.
