Mike Gaddy
March 23, 1960 - August 21, 2017

Grady Michael Gaddy, 57, passed away Monday, August 21, 2017, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo . He was born March 23, 1960 to the late Grady Gaddy and the late Willa Dean Gaddy. He was a member of Plainview Church of Christ. Mike was an avid outdoorsman. He had a life membership at Whitetail Ridge Outdoors. He was an avid skeet shooter, placing in several competitions on local, state, and national levels. He was a member of the Mississippi Skeet Shooting Association. Along with shooting skeet, he was an avid fisherman, where he was guide for Bigun's Pro Guide Service. He was a Pro Staff member for many national recognized fishing equipment manufacturers and was member of the Crappie Brotherhood Group of North Mississippi. Mike also had a great interest in Blacksmithing where he attended the John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, NC and the Alabama Folk School for blacksmithing. Earlier in life he was the Co-owner of the Texaco Station in Smithville. He worked at Mueller Brass for many years until his recent illness.
Services will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday August 24, 2017 at Senter Funeral Home with Minister's Jerry Grammer, and Tom House officiating. Burial will be in White Church Cemetery. Visitation wil be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday August 23 at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
He is survived by his Wife, Melissa Gaddy of Fulton, step-son's, Will (Kristi) York and Kory Steele, both of Fulton, Grandchildren, Kaylee York, Karsyn York, Drew York all of Fulton, and Kaleb Steele of Belmont, Sisters, Sondra Gaddy, Balivia Gaddy both of Fulton, and Lynn (Robert) Johnson of Golden, several nieces and nephews, and his dog, Anna Bell.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be Joel Harris, Todd Grammer, Elvis Roberts, Tony Parker, Cliff Foster, Tony Green, Jeff McNeece, and Brad Stevens.
Honorary pallbearers will be the IAHS Class of 1978.
